Review by hotel critic
During my gourmet getaway at Arya Arkananta Resort & Spa, I couldn't resist indulging in the culinary delights of the on-site restaurant, Plumeria. As a marine biologist accustomed to savoring a variety of flavors, I was pleasantly surprised by their fusion of Indonesian and international cuisine. the breakfast spread included a delightful mix of traditional Balinese dishes and Western options, catering to diverse palates. One morning, I decided to treat myself to a leisurely brunch at Plumeria. the serene ambiance of the restaurant enhanced my dining experience as I relished in a flavorful Indonesian dish paired with a refreshing tropical fruit juice from D' Bale Juice and Salad, echoing the vibrant essence of my homeland. the attention to detail in each dish at Plumeria showcased their commitment to culinary innovation, blending local ingredients with global influences seamlessly. As I enjoyed my breakfast overlooking the lush surroundings of the resort, I appreciated the effort put into creating a sustainable dining experience, aligning with my eco-tourism advocacy. the thoughtful combination of flavors and the inviting atmosphere of Plumeria left a lasting impression, making it a must-visit for travelers seeking a harmonious blend of Indonesian and international cuisine amidst a serene setting.
